Tracy Shepherd-Regan

Director and Nurse Prescriber

Hi there! I’m Tracy Shepherd-Regan, founder of the clinic in 2008. I’m a Registered Nurse (since 1984), as well as an Independent Nurse Prescriber (since 2011) and I have been full time in aesthetic medicine since 2008.

I have a passion for all things aesthetic and my aim is to provide you with an excellent service, which will leave you feeling confident in your own skin.

I am continually undertaking training to keep abreast of new technologies and treatments in the industry. I have been fully trained by a consultant Cosmetic Surgeon in a whole range of non-surgical medical and aesthetics treatments, including Wrinkle relaxing injections (e.g. Botox) and Dermal Fillers. I also have a BTEC level 4 qualification in Laser and Light Technologies.

I work with other Doctors and nurses to gain and share valuable experience, leaving you safe in the knowledge that you are in expert hands. I am also registered with Save Face, Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC), BACN, ACE Group and others, ensuring high standards of care.

Ellen Regan

Director and Nurse Practitioner

Hello, I’m Ellen, the clinics Senior Aesthetician. I have been with Indulgence since 2015 and hold a First Class degree in Adult nursing and NVQ level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy.

My nursing degree combined with my beauty therapy qualification enables me to provide a comprehensive and safe service to our patients. I spend lots of time investing in my skills and education to develop my knowledge and bring the latest techniques and treatments to our customers.

I am the clinics specialist in skin care and rejuvenation and I have a passion for skin health. I take the utmost pride in delivering evidence-based treatments with proven results and love supporting and assisting patients throughout their “skin journey”.

Sheila Maloney

Nurse Practitioner and Prescriber.

Hi, I’m Sheila, I qualified as a nurse in 1988 and also hold a nurse prescriber qualification.

I have been specialising in cosmetic nursing for over 15 years, training with, and working alongside, some of the best cosmetic Doctors, plastic surgeons, and nurses in the world.

As a prescriber and administer of treatments, such as anti-ageing injections and dermal filler injections, I have a wealth of client testimonials to reinforce my 5* customer service.

It may interest you to know that I am also a qualified acupuncturist and take a great interest in pain management. I find that complementary therapies are a perfect companion for looking after personal health and am currently working towards securing a Doctorate in Oriental Medicine.

Hi, I’m Lyndsey.

I am the clinics specialist in semi-permanent make-up application, correction and removal.

I have trained with industry leaders in micropigmentation treatments and have over 15 years experience in this specialty. I have been working alongside Indulgence since 2014 and I offer a range of treatment services to naturally enhance your features and beauty.
