Get more sleep

Specialist recommend 8 hours. Aim to go to bed a little earlier than normal. Turn off your electronic device at least 1 hour before bed time and read a book instead to settle your mind.


Take a moment to breath in for 5 breaths through your nose, hold the breath for 5 seconds, breath out for a count of 5 through your mouth. Repeat 5 times. Drop your shoulders and relax your facial muscles on each breath out.

Eat a healthier diet
